In the area of analog integrated circuit design my research interests include voltage-controlled resistors, voltage-controlled transconductors, voltage-controlled current sources, voltage-controlled current amplifiers / attenuators, rail-to-rail operation of various types of analog basic building blocks (voltage-controlled resistors and transconductors, operational amplifiers, current conveyors), and current-mode signal processing, in both CMOS and BiCMOS technologies.
